About Carole Blake Carole Blake has been a song lyricist for over 20 years. Several of her songs were recorded and released on various record labels. She’s written everything from Disco to Country to Children’s Songs, and she’s received various awards for her writing. One of her country songs made its way onto the Billboard Charts, and one of her children’s songs could be heard many times on the Shari Lewis “Lambchop Show”. She was also a Co-Executive Producer of a major motion picture called “The Night The Lights Went Out In Georgia”, starring Dennis Quaid and Kristy McNichol. Carole has also been a feature writer for several newspapers and is currently the "humor writer" for "Peer Observations", a new magazine for the health industry. Her writings are usually humorous and tend to reflect life as she sees it from the perspective of a woman…well…‘not getting any younger’! She has recently published a compilation of her essays, and the title is "Help! My Face Has Fallen and It Can't Get Up!" Click here to check it out on Amazon.com.
